Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all physical items, such as kimonos or apparel, are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
